Tammy Beaulieu's experience as a project manager for on-line content ranges from technical producer to business program manager for commercial on-line projects. The strength of Ms. Beaulieu's success lies in her ability to understand the business marketing requirements along side the technical considerations to produce a successful web based program. Ms. Beaulieu works with clients to determine the best approach and overall strategy of their website project as a strategic and useful business tool. She manages the cross-functional team needed for the project: art design, marketing, engineering and IS; Working with technical staff to determine which software solutions are the most appropriate and cost efficient for the project, Design: The architecture and layout of the project must be 'end-user engineered and end-user friendly' and, dependent on the client, compliment the existing marketing strategy. She has final responsibility for final delivery and implementation of the project. Recently working with several internet start ups such as Edreams.com, Allbusiness.com, Responsys.com or builidng partner applications for Netcentives, inc. by providing various techincal and staffing requirements or production schedules. Ms. Beaulieu has produced high profile online projects including: Sun Alliance Website, FedEx Delivery Center, Netscape Store (hosted internally managing process from order process to fufillment and working with cross functional team) Netscape's International Netcaster Program, coordinating both technical and content resources with major media partners worldwide; Managing Netscape's "What's New" and "What's Cool" web site sections in ten languages. AS co- founder of electric crayons in 1995, the companys first big project was building UbiSoft, Inc. (an entertainment software co.) website into 5 languages, which reduced the technical support needs, captured user information with contests and promoted the product line internationally. Currently, she is living in Barcelona, Spain and is consulting for Deutsche Banks retail banking division for the "E-marketing group" that is responsible for the new online brokerage and banking areas. For other electric crayons projects participation is via telecommuting. Feature presentations include: Oakland Business Incubator Center, Citibank's business seminar series and Oakland Technology Symposium. She herself speaks Japanese and lived in Japan for two years. professional history Prior to founding electric crayons in 1995, Ms. Beaulieu served as a Marketing Manager for a Japanese Software firm, developing its on-line presence and recruiting vendors for an on-line mall.
